How to Twist a Two-Color Balloon Butterfly

- 1 × Purple 260Q balloon (Wings)
- 1 × Black 160Q balloon (Body & Antennae)
Tools
- Handheld balloon pump
Steps
- 01
Form wing loops
Make two large upper wing loops and two smaller lower wing loops out of the purple 260Q.

Twist central body
Inflate black 160Q leaving a thin tip. Wrap around wing center to form head and abdomen.

Curl antennae
Split the top remaining tips of the black balloon and curl outwards for delicate antennae.
Tips
- Curving balloon antennae can be done by wrapping around a finger while squeezing air.
Common mistakes
- Making upper and lower wings the same size; lower wings should be visibly smaller.
